How to prepare for the reading ?

preparing for a tarot reading1. Prepare Mentally.

A day or so before the session take  time and think about the questions you’d like to ask, or the areas you’d like to cover during the session.

2. Ask the direct and right questions

Tarot card reading can give  you a wealth of insight when your questions will be direct and forms in the way they will  begin with: why, how, or what. By doing so you are really opening the door to exploring an issue in depth. Also don’t be afraid to ask more questions or ask for clarification. This is your session. If something doesn’t make sense, keep asking questions until you really understand the answers. That’s the best way.

3. Try to relax and open up

More relax and open you are the better flow of energy during the reading will be. You might want to  spend  5  to 10 minutes before the session sit quietly in meditation to calm your mind, body and emotions. This will allow you to be more present during the session.

4. Go with the flow

Focus on the main questions and have them ready for the reading. Then let the session flow to where it needs to go. Sometimes the session will go in another direction because this focus gives you information you need to know at this time. You could say it is your higher self stepping in and giving you a clue that your conscious mind hadn’t even thought of. Let the session go there because this information may really help you change your life.

5. Record your session

You can often be amazed at what you did not hear when you listen to the recording of your session. Sometimes you filter out information that is hard to hear at the time. So don’t be surprised if a sentence has new meaning in a week or so after the psychic reading.

6. After the session

After the session you may want to take some time to integrate and reorient yourself.  Being tired after a session is common and usually means that you have started shifting.  So might would like to rest or take a quick nap. Some prefer to go for a walk  in nature to recharge their  emotional, physical and spiritual batteries as well as to reflect on the reading .
